At Advance Sport IQ, our private lessons and small group training sessions are designed to help athletes of all levels improve faster — physically, mentally, and strategically. With personalized coaching that builds confidence and consistency, you’ll unlock long-term performance gains both on and off the field.

What Makes Our Private Lessons Different?

Unlike typical training programs that focus only on physical performance, our approach integrates:

  • Mental Performance Coaching — Enhancing focus, emotional control, and pre-game readiness.

  • Athletic Movement & Strength (JAS) — Jumping, agility, and strength training measured for consistent progress.

  • Sport-Specific Skill Development — Targeted technique instruction tailored to each athlete’s goals.​

This holistic method helps athletes compete with more confidence, consistency, and competitive edge.

With JAS additional 30 mins

Private

2-3 players

$80 each for 90 min
